We had several companies offer to buy our property but each one fell through. So I was both skeptical and hesitant to accept this company’s offer, but they promised that the sell would go through easily and speedily. They were right. I am glad we trusted them!

Southern Home Group was beyond easy to work with. Cynthia was incredibly professional over the course of the month or so that we worked together, and made what can be a very painstaking situation super simple. If you are looking to sell your home, and have run into roadblocks along the way, these guys can help you close the deal. I look forward to working with them more in the future and am especially thankful for Cynthia's reaching out...she's a difference maker. Like

As a first time homebuyer on a time crunch to find our first home Cynthia and her team were fantastic! She was super responsive to any questions we had. She was also professional and very punctual. We truly found the home of our dreams and she made the process very easy and as stress free as can be!

I was very nervous about purchasing my first home. Cynthia was so helpful every step of the way. She was able to check off most of our wish list and provide a positive experience. Her professionalism and attention to detail are helpful when you are navigating an unknown process!
